At Crave Nest, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping:On all orders above CAD 100.
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of CAD 15 on orders below CAD 100.
- International shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at contact.cravenest@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
